Cristalla Engineering Co., Ltd. is in the business of electric power plants, providing services in design and engineering, supply of equipment, construction of electric power and cogeneration plants, power plant operation, service and maintenance, inclusive of modification for energy conservation.

Goods and services of the Company consist of provision of business services on electric power and cogeneration plants such as design and engineering, supply of equipment, construction and project management, power plant operation and maintenance of electric plants, inclusive of modification for energy conservation.

1.	Design and engineering : For customers to obtain quality works, according to international standards, the design shall take care of engineering and economic principles, of which the scope of this service works includes :
	- Feasibility study and analysis of electric plant construction and energy conservation, - Assisting customers in applying for various permits concerning environment and administration, - Initial design, detailed plans on engineering principles, safety, labor health, and environment of operators, ease of machine operation, and repair and maintenance, - Operation control and project management,
2.	Equipment and material supply : Purchase and supply of equipment for construction of electric power plant, testing of electric power plant, inclusive of complete and correct spare parts, according to the operation plan, of which the scope of this service works includes :
	- Preparation of bid documents and purchases, - Selection of quality manufacturers and suppliers, - Equipment and material supply operation at appropriate price, quality and efficiency as required by customers, - Operation control and project management, - Examination of quality of purchased equipment, - Delivery of equipment on schedule for project construction, by arranging proper timing from the design, supply and construction periods, - Preparation of the supply status for continuous follow up by customers, - Coordination between divisions or companies to ensure that quality, quantity, price and timing keep to the requirement of the project.
3.	Construction :            On the project construction, the Company follows a policy to employ experienced contractors who are capable of doing the job in each type of the project, of which the Company will be responsible for the construction, control and monitor of all works of contractors, both in the quality of work and timing; the scope of this service works includes :
	- Planning, construction, testing of systems, delivery of works according to the project plan, - Selection of appropriate contractors, - Prescription of work process, regulations on safety, labor health and environment, - Control of construction work at the prescribed work quality, correct according to standards, and matching the time schedule and customer’s requirement, - Creation and maintenance of good relationships with customers and local government offices.
4.	Operation and maintenance service :
	- Management of the electric power plant, - Operation and maintenance of the electric power plant, - Training on operation and maintenance of the electric power plant,
5.	After sales services :
	- Supply of parts for engines and equipment of the electric power plant, - Maintenance of engines and equipment, - Training on engines and equipment - Technical services, - Testing of efficiency, quality, safety for machines and equipment of electric power plants.
6.	Energy conservation :
	- Survey of energy consumption and determination of potential for energy conservation, - Operation of energy conservation such as adjustment of fuel consumption, change of fuel type, modification of production process, recycle of waste materials, adjustment of components of electric power, etc.
